The Lower Carriage House located just to the rear of the main house offers residents an intimate retreat.

Along with its private entrance, the suite consists of a compact but fully equipped kitchen, a newly redecorated sitting room with cable TV and floor lamps for reading, and a freshly painted bath with tub and shower. The bedroom has a queen-sized iron bed and one exposed wall revealing the original 200-year old outside brick wall - always a conversation point!
