Located in the main house, this suite, attractively decorated in the colonial style, offers a queen-sized four-poster rice bed, large screen television, separate sitting room and a spacious updated bath with whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks. A private door allows access to a classic Charleston piazza which overlooks Fantasia’s garden. From the Pawley's Island hammock, guests may enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Spoleto Festival Headquarters directly across George Street. Guests in the Magnolia Suite Suite are also treated to a full southern breakfast in the dining room each morning at 8:30 am.

The charming sitting room provides a quiet nook to curl up with a book from the owners’ collection or for quiet contemplation. If the weather is fine, the Pawley’s island hammock on the second floor piazza (also part of this suite) is an ideal spot for relaxation.
